Helen Ward, of Chickasha, saw the lives of students being enhanced by Canadian Valley Technology Center. She provided seed money to kickstart the development of a nonprofit Foundation to ensure future success for students.
 

The Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees, appointed from areas served by  Canadian Valley’s school district. This Board oversees all management and expenditures of Foundation funds. The Foundation and Canadian Valley Technology Center are separate entities. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) under U.S. tax codes.
